What this website is
ITVedas Services is a website through which you can describe an IT requirement and receive a response about whether and how we can help. Submitting a requirement does not create a contract, and does not obligate either party to proceed.
How engagements work
If we agree to carry out work for you, the scope and price are confirmed before work begins. In this initial phase, projects are started and paid for through Fiverr or Upwork. ITVedas Services does not process payments directly through this website, and you should not send payment directly on the basis of this site.
Work carried out through those platforms is additionally subject to their respective terms of service.
No guaranteed response time
We review requirements as promptly as we reasonably can and prioritize by the urgency you indicate. We do not offer a guaranteed response time, a service level agreement, or 24/7 availability unless separately agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
Accuracy of information you provide
Scoping and pricing depend on the information you give us. If the actual environment differs materially from what was described, scope and price may need to be revised before work continues.
Access to your systems
Where an engagement requires access to your systems or accounts, we will request the minimum access needed for the task and agree it with you beforehand. You remain responsible for authorizing that access and for revoking it when the work is complete.
Limitations
IT work carries inherent risk. We will exercise reasonable professional care, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, and we recommend you maintain your own backups before any significant change. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
We do not provide legal, financial or formal compliance certification advice.
Business status
ITVedas Services currently operates as an independent IT services practice. We make no claim to be a registered company, an authorized reseller, or an official partner of any technology vendor named on this website. Vendor and product names are used only to describe the technologies we work with, and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.
