What we collect

When you submit a requirement through this website, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and optionally your company, country and phone/WhatsApp number.
• The description of your IT requirement and any environment details you choose to provide.
• Your budget range and urgency selection.
• Any files you choose to attach.
• A coarse country code derived from your connection, and the referring page, used to understand where enquiries come from.

We do not store your full IP address alongside your requirement.

Why we collect it

Solely to review your requirement, contact you about it, scope the work, and deliver the service if you choose to proceed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your requirement is visible only to ITVedas Services administrators through a password-protected admin area. It is not published, shared with third parties for marketing, or made publicly accessible.

Where a project proceeds through Fiverr or Upwork, your interaction on those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Service providers we use

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and file storage for this website.
• Email delivery provider — used to send you the confirmation email for your requirement.

How long we keep it

We keep requirement records for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain a record of work done. You can ask us to delete your requirement and associated details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted. Email us with your requirement reference and we will action it. Because our target audience is international, we handle requests in a GDPR-conscious way regardless of where you are based.

We do not claim any formal privacy compliance certification.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A single essential cookie is used for administrator sign-in only, and is never set for ordinary visitors.
