No more than is needed for the specific task. We'll ask for the minimum access required and talk through it with you before starting.
Can you help if we only have a few Microsoft 365 licenses?
Yes — most of our Microsoft 365 requests come from teams with under 30 users and no dedicated IT admin.
What if I don't know what's actually wrong?
That's normal. Describe the symptom in the requirement form and we'll diagnose the cause during review.
Do you work with Exchange hybrid or on-prem setups?
